These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Dharaass website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Dharaass Marketplace Pvt Ltd ("Dharaass", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, listing a store, or registering as a delivery partner, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

Dharaass is a hyperlocal marketplace connecting buyers with independent, third-party sellers ("Sellers") operating neighborhood stores, and independent delivery partners ("Drivers"). Dharaass is a technology intermediary — it does not itself manufacture, stock, or own the products listed on the Platform, and each Seller is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and fulfillment of the products it lists.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid phone number and complete OTP verification to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or register as a Seller or Driver.

3. Orders and Payments

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which a Seller may accept or decline. Prices, delivery fees, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway; Dharaass does not store your full card or bank details. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation windows, returns eligibility, and refund timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Seller and Driver Obligations

Sellers listing products on the Platform agree to the additional terms in our Seller Agreement, including accurate listings, timely order acceptance, and compliance with applicable food safety and consumer protection law. Drivers agree to hold a valid driving licence and vehicle registration for the vehicle category they register with, and to handle orders and customer information responsibly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to list or purchase prohibited or restricted goods, misrepresent your identity, interfere with the Platform's operation, or attempt to circumvent its security controls.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dharaass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, or from the acts or omissions of independent Sellers or Drivers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
