Seller Agreement
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This Seller Agreement applies in addition to our general Terms of Service to anyone who registers a store and lists products on Dharaass (a "Seller"). By submitting a seller registration or accessing the seller portal, you agree to the terms below.
1. Onboarding and Approval
Store registrations are reviewed by our team before a Seller account is activated. Dharaass may request supporting documents (business registration, FSSAI licence where applicable, identity proof) and may decline or suspend an application at its discretion.
2. Product Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings — name, description, price, images, and stock levels — and for ensuring every listed product is legal to sell and matches what is delivered. New and edited listings go through admin moderation before appearing live on the Platform.
3. Order Fulfillment
Sellers must accept or reject each incoming order within the time window shown in the seller portal, and must not accept an order they cannot fulfil with accurate stock and quality. Orders not actioned in time are automatically cancelled and refunded to the buyer.
4. Commission and Payouts
Dharaass deducts a commission on each completed order, at the rate shown in the seller portal for that product's category (or the platform default rate where no category-specific rate applies). Net earnings accrue to the Seller's ledger and are settled to the Seller's registered bank account in periodic payout batches, visible under Earnings in the seller portal.
5. Quality and Compliance
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws for the goods they sell, including food safety, weights and measures, and consumer protection law. Repeated quality complaints, inaccurate listings, or non-fulfillment may result in a listing being taken down or the Seller account being suspended.
6. Returns and Refunds
Sellers agree to honor buyer-facing refunds under our Refund & Cancellation Policy for defective, incorrect, or undelivered items attributable to the Seller.
7. Suspension and Termination
Dharaass may suspend or deactivate a Seller account for a breach of this Agreement, non-compliance with law, or sustained poor performance. A Seller may close their store at any time by contacting support; outstanding earnings are settled in the next payout cycle after all open orders are resolved.
