• Order data — delivery addresses, order history, and items purchased.
• Location data — the delivery address or PIN code you supply to check serviceability and estimate delivery time.
• Payment data — handled directly by our payment gateway partner; Dharaass does not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Device and usage data — pages visited and actions taken on the Platform, used for security and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to process and deliver orders, verify your identity via OTP, provide customer support, send order and account notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who We Share Data With

To fulfil an order, we share the minimum necessary details — such as your name, delivery address, and order contents — with the Seller fulfilling it and the Driver delivering it. We also share data with service providers who help us operate the Platform (SMS/OTP delivery, payment processing, cloud hosting), each bound to use it only for that purpose.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

5. Your Choices

You can review and update your profile and saved addresses from your account page at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us using the details below — we will action the request subject to any legal retention requirements (such as records of completed transactions).

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed/signed session tokens, and access controls on our systems — to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize risk and respond quickly to any incident.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your guest cart, and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
